Are you a legal expert with a passion for the music industry?

We are searching for a highly skilled legal professional with a deep understanding of the music industry and a keen eye for detail. Your role will be crucial in safeguarding our business interests, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. You will work closely with various departments to provide strategic legal advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic legal counsel on a broad range of matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with artists, venues, promoters, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage legal risk and minimize potential liabilities.

  • Ensure unwavering compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright, trademark, and data protection.

  • Navigate legal disputes and manage litigation matters effectively.

  • Provide insightful advice on corporate governance and risk management strategies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A qualified lawyer with significant experience in entertainment law or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of the music industry and its complex legal landscape.

  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and draft watertight contracts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive independently and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Selection Process:
